Recovery with former building expansion “Ater” of the ’50s.
The expansion was achieved by exploiting the “House Plan” legislation that has allowed a reorganization of space.
The existing part was “a hollow” rebuilding with a job across the backbone.
Particular attention was paid to the isolation of the housing and the use of renewable energy, photovoltaics and solar thermal.
